Here at Banham, we are currently recruiting for Motorbike Emergency Alarm Response Riders (known as Key Guards) to join and support us in providing a first-class response service!

What can you bring to Banham?
You will be experienced, confident, and reliable with a drive to offer an outstanding response service as a Motorbike Emergency Alarm Response Rider - known to our valued customers as a Key Guard.
Being a skilled rider, you will have a good knowledge of London and understand the challenges that riding in London presents.
Bringing a positive and calm response, you will be the first to attend our client’s sites following specific requests, alarm activations, or emergencies to investigate and secure the premises and stay if needed. This role is predominantly on the road with access to our showrooms and satellite offices. Your job responsibilities will include:
- Providing access to properties for clients who have lost their keys
- Carrying out routine property checks
- Learn our product range and how our products function
- Correctly advise customers with basic knowledge of our products
- Ensure customers are extended the highest levels of customer service
- Helping to build good customer relations
What you need:
- Must hold or be willing to gain certification in a Front-Line Security SIA Licence; Door Supervisor, Close, Protection, or Security Guard Licence - (Full training can be provided).
- Must hold a Full UK motorcycle license (A2 Category, 500cc)
- Be over 25yrs of age due to employer’s insurance
- Able to work scheduled hours of a rotating weekly rota of nights and days:
- 7 days of 12-hour day weekly rotating day & night shifts with a full week off between each working week.
