You will be able to work day and night shifts. The shift pattern for this role is 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hours shifts. You will be responsible for FLHSS (Fire, Life, Health, Safety, and Security) of the hotel adhering to our set company rules and regulation standards. This includes review on protective and preventative security measures that ensures our guests receives nothing but the best experience. Recording all relevant incidents in the Occurrence Book, conduct regular patrols of the building, records hazard and communicate findings for action in compliance particular to Risk Assessment strategies Ensuring that CCTV / work-related security and surveillance systems are professionally operated at all times when assigned and to relay all pertinent information to relevant stakeholders or Area Director of Security You will be convergent of, and comply with, safe working practises as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Company H & S Manual, as applicable to your place of work. Conducts random audits in all departments to ensure the policy on key control, Lost and Found processes and adhered to security Code of Practice The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Security Officer, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel. What you'll bring Previous relevant experience in a position within Safety & Security Services, a background of police or emergency services is beneficial The ideal candidate will have an established security background likely to be gained from the Police, Military or the ultra-luxury hotel or establishments however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other industries You must be SIA licensed, First Aid trained and qualified and have knowledge of fire, health and safety Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
