Security Manager - Band E Sheffield, England
Job description
A key opportunity has arisen as Security Manager within our team at Sheffield Forgemasters.
As Security Manager you will oversee all operational site-wide security operations. Working in collaboration with the Head of Security, you will support the implementation of the Security strategy in relation to physical aspects whilst developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
The role will require someone with demonstrable people management experience as you will lead the Security Team in the drive of security compliance, ensuring activities and resources are managed in accordance with company frameworks.
With your knowledge of security vetting processes and experience of acting in a Security Controller role, our successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to realise strategic objectives via tactical actions.

Days/Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.
