Become a Duty Security Manager at our client site based in London. The site is a large Museum which is home to many different exhibitions throughout the year and also holds various events.

Being a Duty Security Manager you will be responsible for managing the site security team to ensure that a high-quality level of security is provided.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Security
- Be responsible for all security activities
- Drive and develop the team
- Manage the deployment of the team
- Attend regular Security Liaison meetings
- Carry out ad-hoc welfare visits to officers on post
- Effectively manage and reduce absence

What We Expect of You
- Strong leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory role
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Proven reliability including an ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, being able to adapt style to meet the needs of the situation.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain a high standard of personal presentation
- An ability to think and act quickly in emergencies and/or under pressure
- SIA – DS & CCTV licence
