Job Introduction Security Manager As a Security Manager at Sodexo, you will be committed to ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets. What you’ll do: Be responsible for ensuring compliance of your team with all Mars and Sodexo policies and procedures whilst proactively responding to prevent and deal with issues of non-conformance. Ensure achievement of high levels of client and service user satisfaction and monitor these on a regular basis. Be responsible for the recruitment and management of direct reports, also placement of temporary guards to cover rota gaps. Ensure that health and safety standards are understood and delivered across all of the security operations. Management, control and operation of the site Patrol, CCTV, and fence alarm systems. Encourage, champion and deliver value add services via the security team in support of the wider site service delivery.
