Job Mission You are responsible for the safety of all guests, team members, contractors, and visitors during their stay in the hotel. Constant monitoring of the hotel's operations and facilities. Review, quickly and thoroughly, any incident to prevent it from recurring. Train and supervise the security team, organize work schedules, and ensure compliance with all policies. Conduct regular briefings with the security team. Ensure that personnel are aware of emergency exits, the location of fire extinguishers, and emergency procedures. Observe premises monitored by CCTV systems, anticipate security problems and respond appropriately, alerting the relevant agencies. What are we looking for?
