We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
Key Accountabilities:
As the first point of contact you will be primarily responsible for answering the calls and finding the relative broker for the customer, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner.
Our goal is to ensure, as a team, we meet, deliver and where possible, exceed our client’s expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Main Activities:
- To answer calls and us questions to find the relative broker
- To sell the value and benefits of the client portfolio to new and existing customers
- To display excellent customer service and negotiation skills to maximise the potential of each call
- To embrace the challenge of dealing with customer and handle objection when needed.
- To accurately log all call outcomes
- To deal with all interactions with the utmost professionalism with both the clients and customers’ needs remaining a priority at all times
- To demonstrate the ability to adjust the scripted conversation to meet the needs of individual customers needs
- To meet and deliver personal and team targets to ensure delivery of results and exceed client expectations
- To ensure that all schemes are 100% accurate
- To willingly undertake all necessary training provided by the Training Leader or the client as required
- To work consistently to the highest standards possible
- Using initiative, raise any operational or technical concerns to the Team Leader as soon as they are identified
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the Team Leader
Key skills:
Essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Experience in a customer service position
- Experience in building strong client or customer relationships
Desirable
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- An understanding of the insurance industry

Where will I be located?
This role can be remote working from home (please note you must be based in the UK).
If you live within commutable distance of our offices in Southend-on-Sea we also have the opportunity to be office based.
