We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead our 24-hour 1st Response Service. In the role you will be responsible for ensuring the team provide security and concierge services 24-hrs per day 365 days per year.
Your ability to provide expert leadership and management across all functions and services carried out by the team will have a positive impact on customers by reducing the fear of crime and anti-social behaviour.
The role - What I’ll be doing
If successful, the main duties of your role will include responsibility for:
Providing management direction and leadership across all functions of the 1st Response service including:
- 24-hour control room
- CCTV monitoring
- Secure door entry and concierge services
- Mobile security patrols
- Static guarding service
- Out of hours housing enquiries
You will provide visible, effective leadership to the team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service are maintained at all times.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced manager with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve results and meet challenging targets.
You must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role. Your standard working week will therefore be predominantly 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday with weekend cover being provided every 3rd week, for which appropriate allowances will be paid. This will ensure visibility and management presence at peak times for the service.
