Marketing Assistant - A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!

We are RESTORE HAIR. If you have been to the Chicagoland area you have probably seen our billboards and TV commercials all over town. Nationally you may have seen many celebrities and athletes showing off their new heads of hair thanks to us. RESTORE is an exciting, fast paced, and fun company. Due to growth, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant with experience in digital marketing to join our corporate marketing team. This position is Hybrid, working 1 day in our Oak Brook Office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist in the execution of marketing plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Collaborate on projects/campaigns, and work with the design teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Coordinate with external vendors on marketing materials and services.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist with reporting and data analysis.
• Help negotiate media coverage and work with outside contractors/companies.
• Assist with tracking all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Assist & manage the special offering and coordinate with all departments.
• Closely monitor social channels, review sites to ensure the company maintains a positive online reputation and analyze engagement metrics.
• Generate compelling editorial content such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and podcasts to establish and broaden awareness of our brand.

Requirements:

• 3- 4 years minimum experience in a similar marketing role
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Must be a proactive worker with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workflow
• Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
