Job description
This job role requires a sharp and responsive person, well mannered and able to handle all types of scenarios on their own or with a team. You will be expected to work indpeendently or with a team.2-3 Years are required for this job role in terms of experience with refernces available, this is based on the type of clientle. The venues are quite busy and need an experienced and skilled secuirty guard on site.Another responsibility is to report all activites that occured through the shift if any incicdents do happen, to both the company and the venue. All of the venues will have differnet rules and regulations; these regulations need to be met by the secuirty and the customers of the venue.Capacity will need to be controlled under the supervision of the management as they have a set amount of people that they are legally allowed to have. As you will need to keep the people safe within the venue as well as at the door your analysist is needed also as an input to how many people are allowed in.When working you will need to provide first aid if someone is in need.
