As a Security Guard with LKQ Euro Car Parts you are responsible for safeguarding the Distribution Centre in Tamworth. You will be responsible for recording all visitors to the site as well and monitoring and searching individuals in line with Company procedures. Your role always involves acting professionally and with honesty and integrity. You are required to display a valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license whilst carrying out your duties, reporting any site non-compliance to your FLM immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for following all site policies and procedures, including adhering to all SSOWs and reporting any non-conformance
- Responsible for completing all departmental and individual KPIs in a timely manner and in line with the correct training procedure
- Deal with any conflict in a professional manner in adherence with your training, escalating issues as required to appropriate levels of management
- Manage the asset room to ensure all set procedures are followed
- Monitor and authorise the entrance and departure of colleagues, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises
- Patrol the premises, as agreed, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of doors, windows and gates, including by use of CCTV
- Record all vehicles that enter and exit the site in line with procedure, ensuring visitor awareness of site Health and Safety procedures
- Carry out searches and control access to the site by issuing visitor cards
- Record all employees, visitors and contractors that enter and exit site onto the access control system as trained
- Manage the reception desk with a professional demeanor
- Internal audits and legal compliance

Working Hours
Monday to Friday (Shift hours agreed with line manager)
Flexibility to work Saturdays is expected and will be paid as overtime
