Job description
We are looking for a Security Control Room Operative who is flexible to work Days as well as Nights - for our 24 hours manned security control room. General Control Room duties are, but not limited to :-Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.Liaise with our customers and escalate call information to supervisors when needed.Monitor welfare check calls for all client/company sites.Effectively and efficiently manage messages and ensure they are passed onto the relevant person/s.Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.Issue, receive and administer keys.Shift Pattern = 4 Days/Nights On (05:30 – 17:30 / 17:30 – 05:30 hours) / 4 Days/Nights Off.Salary = £24,090 approximately. (Based on an hourly rate of £11.00 per hour)Holiday = 19.5 days per annumMust have a SIA Front Line Security License.
