About The Role

Hourly Rate: £11.50

Location: Integrity House Centre 21, Bridge Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 4AW

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern 18:00 - 06:00

The Role – Control Centre Operative

Atlas Security is security arm of the Atlas FM Group and was launched in 2021. This is an incredibly exciting time to join this young and dynamic organisation. What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within our National Control Centre situated in Warrington

  • Providing a high standard of customer care to our security personnel and customers

  • Monitoring and responding to the needs of our business 24/7 365 days a year

  • Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following experience, skills, behaviours necessary to meet the requirements of the role:

  • Team player

  • Strong customer service skills and positive telephone manner

  • Calm under pressure

  • Confident, approachable and professional

  • We require all of our employees have a good level of written and spoken English

  • You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this

  • You must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training
