Security Consultancy Professional
- Provides advice and guidance to clients on how to build security strategies and programmes which deliver on the clients objectives and deliver outcomes that they would not have otherwise achieved
- Direct engagement with Decision Makers within new & strategic BT Customer base up to C level.
- Works with customers to develop their security strategy taking into account future requirements for managed security services & Leads delivery of complex security consultancy opportunities.
- Works with customers to ensure their compliance to security standards.
- Provides technical thought leadership and mentoring to help develop and coach junior team members.
- Contribute to improvement of working processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers and BT teams at a variety of levels ranging from senior exec to team members
- Attention to detail in understanding customers situations and challenges and providing guidance on how to improve their security posture
- Communicate complex technical and industry subject matter to non-technical individuals and in language and terms that can be understood.
- Works with Industry and Partners to articulate BT value and capability
- Ability to articulate serious incident and risk information without sensationalising or scaring the audience into action.
- Calm & Decisive under pressure – effective communications when presenting to CxO, VP level.
