UniTrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a Security concierge to join our team. The role would involve you being trained on a number of sites across our London portfolio. In return, you will receive highly competitive hourly rates subject to the sites you will work across. You will support the delivery of a truly exceptional customer journey for both staff and visitors. To achieve this, you will be/become well versed in the processes and practices of a Security professional. Excellence in customer service will be at the heart of the role. You will be part of a well drilled security operation. To ensure synergy across our service providers, we work with a 'one team' approach to successfully deliver an excellent customer journey so in this role you will work closely with catering, cleaning, maintenance and Front of House teams in order to provide an environment which is welcoming and relaxed yet safe and secure at all times. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. This is a fundamental aspect of the role Take an active interest in, and give a commitment to the client and tenants Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation Promote the client, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with, throughout the customer journey Be flexible ad adaptable to all tasks or challenges Be highly presentable, and accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated Esure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is &bsp; clear, courteous, polite, professional and respectful Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion SECURITY-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome ad assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey Ensuring that no unauthorized persons are permitted in prohibited areas Check the identity and credentials of staff, contractors, and visitors where required Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where appropriate to do so Rotation on different posts where required Have outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and are able to assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors with their queries Respond to alarms Key Control Develop ad maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients Have good knowledge of the local area to be able to answer queries regarding local transport links or services in the area for example. Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills. &bsp; interpersonal skills and confidence is a must Exceptional customer service skills Reliable, trustworthy ad punctual Resilient and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to help solve problems and overcome challenges Self-confidence and an interest in self-development.&bsp; Physically able to conduct all responsibilities associated with the roles documented Ability to work to instruction and on your own initiative where required Computer literate ad confident with the use of Microsoft Office programs Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Security Officer!
