The Access Control team provide an essential service, helping to protect a truly unique institution.
Based at our London sites you’ll be the first point of contact for new employees, contractors and visitors – responsible for checking identification and issuing passes whilst providing a professional welcome
Day-to-day you’ll also manage the Electronic Visitor Admission (EVA) system, carry out online security checks for every visitor in support of daily operations and events, oversee key control and process deliveries. In every interaction you’ll promote and support our culture of security awareness.
As you learn our procedures and protocols, you’ll handle a range of questions, queries, and situations with initiative and good judgement – problem solving, and exceptional service provision will therefore become second nature.
With previous administration, customer service or reception experience, you’ll enjoy interacting with a wide range of people and be committed to high standards of service delivery.
Digitally fluent and with accurate data entry, you’ll quickly get to grips with bespoke database systems and use MS Office with ease.
You can maintain focus and attention to detail when processing large volumes of information.
Organised in your approach, you’ll be adept at juggling a busy workload, and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently, you’ll bring initiative and pro activity. And as you build your knowledge, you’ll apply judgement and sensitivity to make decisions and resolve problems as they arise.
