This role empowers you to contribute to shaping and aligning Total Rewards programs, driving the organization's Total Rewards strategy to new heights. About the role Albelli-Photobox Group is looking for an energetic and team-oriented Rewards Specialist to collaborate with business and HR leaders, developing, implementing and managing Total Rewards policies and programmes aligned to the Albelli-Photobox Rewards Philosophy. As Total Rewards Specialist you will work on a variety of annual Rewards cycle activities and Rewards-related projects . You will report to the Head of Total Rewards working closely with HR Operations, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that will suit individuals able to work well under pressure and manage competing demands from various stakeholders, whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail. You will play a critical role in the successful re-design, rollout and maintenance of the Total Rewards strategy and roadmap. Primary Responsibilities: Contribute to the re-design of the Total Rewards philosophy and strategy Responsible for creating, maintaining and executing processes around the newly established job architecture (such as Job evaluations, Benchmarking, Pay ranges, Pay proposals, etc.) Act as project/workstream lead in key HR (Rewards) projects such as Benefits harmonisation, Rewards vendor RFPs, HRIS/Compensation Management system implementations etc. Manage vendor relationships, conduct regular business reviews and monitor smooth execution of plans Oversee and coordinate Benefits renewals/tenders in collaboration with external brokers, HR Operations, Finance Provide expertise and guidance on Total Rewards policies and programmes across our European offices Conduct research and analysis on different Total Rewards topics Contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication/training materials and documentation for new and existing programs Stay up to date with market insights, trends and legislation changes on Total Rewards topics to ensure Compliance and make recommendations for enhancements to existing programmes Coordinate the global annual pay review and bonus pay out, in close collaboration with HR Operations Impact and Contributions: Aligning Total Rewards policies and programmes with business objectives across European offices, ensuring strategic consistency. Develop and oversee projects to enhance Total Rewards offering supporting attraction and retention of talent and increase employee satisfaction Manage Compliance with international regulations and standards for Compensation and Benefits, mitigating legal risks. Contribute to creation of effective and engaging communication materials for Total Rewards programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement. Produce pay analysis to support ensuring fair and market competitive Total Rewards packages Experience and attributes we’d like to see: Compensation and Benefits design experience preferably in a global, matrixed company. Proactive and continuous improvement mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity Good collaboration skills and ability to build close working relationships across different levels of the organisation in a cross border hybrid working environment Strong analytical skills and detail oriented approach to compile data, review it, assess it for trends and summarize it for different audiences Diligent project management ability with the ability to think and implement processes end to end Strong communication skills with cultural awareness: Ability to adapt to different styles to adapt to different cultural norms and appropriate for different audiences (incl. Senior management). Highly proficient with GoogleSuite and HR systems (Workday preferred) Nice to have experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous but not essential.
