Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services the Department Secretary is responsible for clerical and operational support to all services consistent with the Director’s scope. Responsible for word-processing, filing, faxing, copying, phone calls, payroll, data entry, and other miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned. Performs inventory counts and maintains par levels.
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A. Previous hospital experience preferred.
B. Able to type 50 WPM accurately.
C. Computer experience required.
