CONVEYANCING SECRETARY/ASSISTANT
WINCHESTER
SALARY UP TO £30,000
My client, a leading law firm, are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to join their team in their busy Winchester based office.
The role is full time and permanent and will involve providing direct support to a Senior Fee-Earner to ensure fee earning targets are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with all post completion formalities including Registration, Land Registry Forms and AP1s
- Undertake on-line form filing requirements including SDLT forms
- Preparation of completion statements
- Attend to clients and agents both in person and on the telephone
- Updating Online Lender Portal Management systems
- General administration including opening, closing and storing of files
Experience and qualifications required:
- Previous experience within a Residential AND/OR Commercial Property department
- Advanced IT skills
- The ability to work under pressure whilst still adhering to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
