Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and co-ordinate the scoping, business/technical requirements gathering, estimating, planning and delivery of multiple agile work streams
- Track progress daily through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking. Understand and help manage product back log.
- To anticipate, actively manage and resolve issues, risks, dependencies and impediments that may impact on the delivery of the agile work streams
- Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues
- To ensure that all work steams and products are delivered with quality as a priority and that appropriate levels of Quality Assurance and closed/open testing has been conducted
- To support the Product team in delivering their Product aspirations in a timely and efficient manner
- To keep abreast of developments in web, mobile, ecommerce and Fintech related technologies
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Proficient in project managing software delivery using agile development processes
- Extensive experience in multiplatform technologies and delivery of technology-based projects in complex environments
- Experience of ensuring quality of software projects by working with software testing teams and managing software defect resolution
- Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager
- Solid knowledge of Jira and confluence
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
