Legal Secretary
This growing and forward-thinking law firm is opening a new office in Bangor, County Down, and requires an outstanding applicant to fill the position of Legal Secretary - Conveyancing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative operations of the conveyancing process under the supervision of the firm's conveyancing solicitors.
Responsibilities and Duties will include but will not be limited to:
-Assisting the solicitors in the managing of files and all administrative duties including file management, answering and directing phone calls, transcribing from digital dictation, opening and closing files, drafting correspondence, scanning, printing and e-filing documents.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years secretarial/administrative experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience in a client/customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Other Information:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Hours are 9am to 5pm each day with one hour lunch break.
