Job description
To support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to be responsible for all areas of kitchen activity including the food ordering and production to brand specification, cleaning and due diligence, food ordering, stock management and profit control in the absence of the Head Chef and having spent the majority of the months and years since covid, fighting every day to find chefs of all levels in an ever decreasing pool of talent.
We at The Cherry Laurel have decided to try something different to the status quo on its head! We are redefining what we expect from this hard working and crucial part of the hospitality jigsaw. We will be able to offer a 4 Day Working Week and 1 in 4 Weekends off, with a full team in place.
