Job description
We are looking to recruit a Seasonal Grower who is committed, hard-working and friendly to join our small team of passionate growers at 'Our Secret Garden' growing exceptionally high quality produce to supply our Michelin Star restaurant.
This position involves working alongside our Head Grower in all aspects of crop production including weeding, propagation, planting, the meticulous harvesting and processing of crops for the kitchens, digging and crop maintenance. This is a physically demanding job with outdoor practical skills involved, working in all weather conditions.
You must have the ability to complete all tasks in a thorough and organised manner, consistentlyy and with an eye for detail with a desire to achieve high standards throughout. Adaptability and be flexiblility to the needs and requirements of the garden and restaurant demands throughout the busy season.
The ideal candidate would have good experience of vegetable growing, however with an eagerness to learn, complete training will be given. Great opportunity for a career in horticulture.
