We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller to join our Company based in Birchwood, Warrington. We are an established healthcare provider with an excellent reputation.
Hours of work are flexible and can be worked around school hours if necessary. Currently Hybrid working (4 days Home, 1 day office) but induction and training will be all office-based.
Hourly Pay Rate: £12,75/hour
In this role, you will report to the Financial Controller and be tasked with the following duties:
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Credit Control
- Aged Debtors management
- Client record keeping
- Client Registers
- Liaising with various Local Authorities and Client Representatives
- Raising and placing Purchase Orders
- Bank Reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger Cover
- General Finance Duties and queries
Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts
- Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge
Previous Payroll experience using Sage Payroll would be an advantage.
