Role Summary

We are now looking for a well-rounded and experienced Scrum Master. The ideal Scrum Master is a strategic differentiator, who is committed to our business and can help define the future.
Role Responsibilities
The Scrum Master is responsible for being a Coach, Facilitator and Servant Leader for their assigned Agile Scrum teams. You will be responsible for being the primary facilitator between development teams and product owners while remaining the shining example of Agile & Scrum. You will be expected to hold the standard Scrum events, assist product owners with achieving a well-groomed backlog, removing impediments, and empowering your team(s) to continually evolve.
§ Facilitate the Agile Delivery Practice
§ Participate and deliver Sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning meetings for 2-3 product teams.
§ Track and communicate team commitments, velocity, and sprint/release progress.
§ Remove or escalate team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals.
§ Identify and escalate and remove impediments to sprint goals.
§ Coach, train and support other scrum masters within the organization.
§ Ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles.
§ Identify, suggest, and collaborate with development and product owner on measurable improvements for the team(s)
§ Promote and contribute to the betterment of the product backlog.
§ Promote and contribute to internal and external communications, improving transparency, and radiating information.
§ Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practice.
§ Facilitate value-based prioritization and resolution for new stories.
§ Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
§ Empower the team to self-organize.
§ Support the Product Team
§ Support the Product Owner and Project Manager
Skills & Qualifications
§ Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience required.
§ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master required.
§ Scrum master (SAFe Methodology) certified Must.
§ Apple EcoSystem experience is a Must.
§ Experience with Geo- Fencing is a Must.
§ Comprehensive understanding of Agile, Scrum & XP software development methodologies, values, and procedures required.
§ 5+ years of experience in technology industry and customer-centric applications required.
§ Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types.
§ Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
§ Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
§ 3+ years of enterprise mobility experience.
§ Background in the technical field as an engineer is preferred.
- Experience of applying different delivery methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall.
- Proven delivery experience within a complex IT environment with significant volume of change.
- Digital savviness and experience operating in an enterprise mobility environment/organization.
- Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery and software development processes and lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/deliveries simultaneous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $112,442.00 - $120,044.00 per year
