The Role
What’s the role?
Servant-leader to the Scrum team during the product delivery stage. Facilitator of the Agile process with which teams deliver a working product. Ensures each member of the product team knows their responsibilities and ensures tasks are completed as expected.
Applies Agile mindset and practice to help the team deliver value early and frequently. Coaches the team to perform better, acts as its servant-leader and helps remove any impediments. Continuously improves ways of working through 'inspect and adapt' and knowledge gained from fellow Agile practitioners. Helps others understand how the team works and how to interact with it. Facilitates various Scrum (or other) ceremonies, ensuring equal contribution from each team member and helps maintain motivation and camaraderie.
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree related to IT required
Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience leading Agile Teams
Experience in IT Software Development Project Management
Experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.
Knowledge and experience of other agile and DevOps approaches is desirable.
Experience with eCommerce / Web Application Development / Mobile App development
Experience in release planning, , backlog grooming ,estimation techniques, facilitate prioritization, sprint planning, capacity planning, daily scrum meeting, retrospective, sprint reviews
Experience in presenting different metrics to various stakeholders (status reports, burn down charts etc.)
Working knowledge of DevOps
Experience of having worked on .NET / Mobile / Java / salesforce
