We are seeking an experienced Agile coach to join our software teams. You will be part of an experienced, energetic high performing Agile organisation, who operate effectively within a complex and innovative stakeholder landscape.
Your primary responsibilities will be to train and support teams to evolve into high performing agile teams. You will enable their self-organisation capabilities and work with stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team.

Key responsibilities will include:
Educating and coaching Agile best practices- Leading coaching and development plans
- Ensures the voice of the team is heard and understood.
- Create training packages for all team members within the agile framework.
- Ensuring the SM chapter have everything they need to succeed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As the ADAS Agile Coach you will need to hold a relevant formal qualification such as a University Degree. You will need to have good experience in working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
ESSENTIAL
Significant experience working in a technical environment with cross functional teams- Experienced with Agile Frameworks and Agile planning tools
- Significant experience of facilitating and delivering training packages and development plans. Adapting them to meet organisational and team needs appropriately.
- Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present training and processes content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
