As a member of Eviden’s Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) Practice, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. About the role
Within this role, you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience team. This team is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement.
As part of your role as a Product/Experience Consultant, you will be expected to:
Customer research, market research, innovation scanning
Identify features, products and services needed to meet business goals and strategy
Product and feature design and analysis using approaches such as wireframing, user journey mapping and business model canvas
Business analysis activities such as gathering requirements and formalising user stories
Measurement and prioritisation framework design
Required skills and experience
2+ years of experience in Product Management or Customer Experience understanding user needs and then developing solutions, products and services to meet these and link to broader outcomes
Familiar with Service Design, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design or similar techniques
Familiar with the end-to-end design lifecycle (discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement)
Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research
Ability to engage and build relationships with client partners and users
Strong workshop design, stakeholder meeting and facilitation skills
This role is UK based and may require UK domestic travel, as the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
