Job description

My client is a global technology and consulting partner who guide customers through business transformation, whilst optimising operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to mentor the delivery teams through Agile methodology and continuous improvement. Through a flexible and collaborative approach, you will rapidly improve the teams productivity, enabling them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Guiding team through Kanban/ Scrum Agile methodologies.
  • Define Agile project governance framework.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Agile; liaising between product, technology, business and governance.
  • Define product roadmap, own structure and backlog including user stories. Bridge the communication between stakeholder requirements and software development teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to validate technical approach and strategy.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, providing project status report to senior management.
  • Drive transformation across organisation; demonstrating the increase in value Agility brings.
  • Building coaching capability by spreading relevant Agile practices across organisation.
  • Increase adoption through training, workshops, and mentoring and developing training programme.
  • Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and other product definition activities as needed
  • Lead and or support organizational improvement activities like Learning and Development planning, Centres of Excellence and Communities of Practice
Experience/ Skills/ Knowledge required:
  • Highly experienced in improving ways of working on an organisation-wide scale using a variety of agile methodologies.
  • Experience participating in several Program Increments using the SAFe framework.
  • Experience mentoring newly trained Agile practitioners.
  • Transformation and/or change management approaches.
  • Management qualification or hands-on experience.
  • Formal coaching qualification or hands-on experience.
  • Delivery of different approaches; leading workshops, training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Certified SAFe® and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Overview
