Hours: Full time, 42 hours per week, to be worked across 7 days.
Location: Nottingham.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, smart and committed driver, responsible for ensuring that an efficient and high-quality service is provided to the Ownership Group, Executive Board and Footballing department. The Driver will also assist in the scheduling and planning of proposed trips across the department, ensuring that cost efficiencies and best practice is achieved.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Be the lead Chauffer Driver for the Ownership and Executive department based in Nottingham.
· Work with relevant staff to find the best solution for transport needs, ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient solutions are found which may require adjusting plans after they have been proposed.
· Assist with the scheduling of transport needs.
· Make recommendations on how best to maximise to efficiently use the Club’s pool of vehicles.
· Assist the Fleet Manager in ensuring vehicles kept securely at the relevant locations and are maintained to ensure they are legally compliant. Mileage sheets and vehicle logs should be tracked and regulated.
· Work with the Fleet Manager, ensuring vehicles are booked in for servicing and repairs where required.
· Ensure vehicles are kept in a clean condition, arrange cleaning where needed, ensuring Club procedures are followed in terms of PO raising and submission of invoices.
· Ensure any damage to vehicles is immediately reported.
· Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the safest, most cost and time efficient trip is delivered.
· Be available where required, to assist with any Ad-hoc Club driving jobs, including work to various places across the UK.
· Be available to work on all Nottingham Forest home and away matchdays.
Required Qualifications and Experience – Essential:
· A valid and clean driving licence.
· Previous experience of chauffer driving.
· Experience of working with high-profile individuals.
· Good knowledge of local and national roads, and planned roadworks.
· Ability to drive different types of vehicles (e.g., automatic, 9-seaters, vans).
· Comfortable driving long distances at different hours of the day.
· Ability to work effectively under own initiative and as a team member to anticipate and prioritise different workloads.
· Ability to communicate concisely, assertively and effectively with various professional disciplines and at all levels of an organisation.
· Is structured and diligent in areas of financial control, administration, and operations. Maximises use of resources.
· Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
· A polite and professional disposition with an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
· Ability to adapt quickly and have a flexible attitude.
· Be able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Required Qualifications and Experience – Desirable:
· Additional driving qualifications.
· Have a good level of IT skills.
