About this role
Our digital teams work with our customer-facing-units to define, design and build the next generation of digital platforms, products and experiences.
Working at the heart of our digital estate, you'll be collaborating with multiple cross-functional squads to deliver customer-first experiences. You'll also be adopting the best agile practices and coaching those around you as we learn and grow at an accelerated rate.

You'll have the following responsibilities
Our Scrum Masters are true servant leaders and coaches for an Agile Team, focussed on embedding agile principles, methods and practices to improve and achieve desired outcomes.
You'll help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. Key focuses include facilitating planning and alignment in a transparent, collaborative manner (within and across teams); leading team engagement, performance and agile capability uplift; and helping teams progress their goals by using key metrics to inform decision-making, improve efficiency & effectiveness of performance, managing escalations and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll have the following skills & experience
The ideal candidate knows that a happy squad will produce amazing work, so you’ll be skilled at building trust, managing team/squad dynamics and motivating people – you’ll be the full support wrap-around the team and managing external team dependencies.
  • Driving Engagement: Demonstrated experience fostering and empowering high performing teams
  • Agile Frameworks: Demonstrated understanding of the principles, components and features of Agile frameworks, with a continuous learning approach to new concepts and best practices
  • Coaching: Demonstrated experience of coaching, with a strong leadership philosophy
  • SDLC: Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical change delivery
