We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent who is full of energy, has guest satisfaction as their number one priority and can fulfil a multitude of key roles including welcoming guests, assigning rooms and keys, maintaining room availability, preparing bills and collecting payments.
You need to be someone that can:
- resolve any issues and discrepancies
- can arrange transport for guests when needed
- is knowledgable about London
- can help guests in visiting hot spots
- can maintain hotel records

can provide immaculate phone and interaction etiquette with all guests
