Scrum Master | Permanent | Oxford (Hybrid) | £70K+ Benefits
Austin Fraser are pleased to bring to market this Scrum Master position within a super successful and industry leading and 'tech for good' client supporting an industry leading and tech for good client.
The Role
The part you will play with be pivotal in bringing together the product development teams, you'll lead product owners and development managers alike in an Agile way to support the continuous delivery of innovative and exciting products to the market.
Your core responsibilities will surround supporting teams by facilitating discussion & decision making and recognising & supporting conflict resolutions. You will be the driving force behind organising and tracking the development effort!
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrable experience around Agile approaches (such as Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability and experience in working across multiple product teams
- Ability and experience in working across multiple product teams
