As part of this change initiative we have an fantastic opportunity for a Foundation Scrum Master to join Allianz UK and help Agile teams deliver value to the business.
At Allianz, we seek passionate self-starters looking to start their agile journey with us. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for implementing Scrum processes to support the UK delivery elements of Allianz Holdings. We’ll expect you to lead by example, live and practice agile values and principles while putting our customers and value delivery at the heart of all you do.
You will also foster self-managing, empowered teams and help them to develop their agile maturity. As part of this, you’ll help Product Owners understand and improve Product Backlog management techniques, as well as facilitating story mapping and story writing workshops.

Skills and experience
- Passion for and working knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices
- Basic experience or knowledge of Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong relationship and trust building skills
- Experience working with distributed teams in mutiple time zones and where cultural differences need to be considered
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Solution focused with a keen and proactive approach to problem-solving and removing blockers to progress
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- A self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and commitment to growth of themselves and others.
This role is Hybrid so is a mix of remote and office working (our main base is Guildford) but we are open to working from other Allianz offices across England.
