MPR is seeking a Field Executive to join our team in North West.
Position Summary:
The Field Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store. This individual will be the face of the company to customers and will be responsible for the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks with attention to detail and discretion. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Manage daily operations of the store
- Schedule and manage staff members
- Order merchandise for the store
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Greet customers at the store
- Order groceries for the store
- Track inventory and supplies for the store
- Check in with customers about deliveries or other issues that may arise
- Communicate with other employees regarding customer concerns or problems
- Deal with any issues that arise from customers such as pricing, quality, customer service, pricing, etc. in a professional manner
- Oversee stock levels within stores and ensure they are always sufficient to satisfy customer needs
- Communicate with other vendors within the company regarding inventory management and purchasing requirements
- Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, vacuuming, picking up trash, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
- Hands-on experience with inventory management platforms like YipYip or Shopify is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff through communication and inspiration
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
