We have had a transformational impact in schools and local authorities across Scotland and are looking for a Pathways Coordinator to join our regional team in West Dunbartonshire, based at Our Lady & St. Patrick's High School. In this role, you will be an integral part of the school community, liaising with education colleagues and external stakeholders, and delivering the programme to young people. The role is part-time for half of each week as this is a job share with an experienced Pathways Coordinator.
Key tasks of the role:
- Help build exceptional individual relationships with young people across S1 to S6 and delivering S1 and S2 group work sessions.
- Consistently supporting, actively engaging and motivating volunteer mentors from training through the length of their engagement with the MCR programme.
- Actively support MCR young people to set, experience then follow their education and employment pathways.
- Report on progression, impact and best practice with input from the MCR young people, quantitative feedback and qualitative case studies.
