Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Community School Nurse at Barnet. This is a full-time job with a salary of £38,761.90 to £45,765 (inclusive of NHS Outer London Weighting payments) depending on experience.

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (School Nurses) who are passionate in delivering the Healthy Child Programme for children aged 5-19 years and up to 25 years for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an exciting time for individuals looking for new challenges to join our team in Barnet with many opportunities for development.

The ideal candidates will be hardworking and adaptable individuals who are passionate about high quality teamwork and have the ability to evaluate and prioritise work, responding quickly to daily changes in work pattern.

Personal Specification

The successful candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes and underpinning legislation. They will have the ability to work well within a team under direct and indirect supervision.

Required Skills/Qualifications

The successful candidate will be:

  • NMC Registered Nurse/Midwife (or awaiting qualification and registration at time of application)
  • Mentorship Qualification
