Role: Pensions Accounts Development Programme

Location: Bristol, Redditch or Sheffield

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Start date: Sept 2023

Your training would follow a structured programme and offer variety which would afford your insight into the different roles available to you as your career progresses. Throughout the programme you will develop your pensions scheme knowledge with particular reference to cash management and pension fund accounts technical knowledge, client relationship management skills, and general understanding of finance. We will also focus on developing your communication, project management as well as verbal and numerical skills.

Pensions Accounts Development Programme – The role:

The role will include:

  • Cash Management and banking.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients
  • Involvement in drafting pension fund accounts

Pensions Accounts Development Programme – You:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Open to study for AAT and/or ACCA qualifications or similar
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
