Job description
- Providing administrative support to the school, including managing the school office, handling telephone and email enquiries, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with the school's financial administration, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
- Liaising with other schools and educational bodies as required.
- Ensuring that all school policies and procedures are up to date and accessible to staff and parents.
- Providing general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in using databases and record management systems like SIMS.
- An enhanced DBS check.
- The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff, students, and parents.
