We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding of Customer Resolutions Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of our Resolutions team in our Customer Services department and play a key role in shaping our future.
In this role you will take ownership and responsibility for finding swift and effective solutions to a wide range of complaints received from customers and other stakeholders; investigating these issues in full.
You’ll be a complaints champion; providing excellent customer service and helping to improve our standards by working with colleagues collaboratively to identify and fix root cause issues.
You’ll be assisting the Customer Resolutions Manager to embed our complaints policy and procedures; ensuring these are understood, embraced and followed by all colleagues at Golding Homes.

We are looking for an individual who has experience working in Social Housing and Customer Service. You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and will ensure you deal with complaints through to the end solution. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills as well as a strong attention to detail.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £27,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Our Hub, Home, Roam approach allows you to work from wherever suits you best whilst also having a central workspace to collaborate and come together. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
You will need a basic DBS check for this role.
