Job description

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is a world-leading centre for research and postgraduate education in public and global health. The School is seeking to appoint a Scholarships Administrator to work within the Scholarships team in the Registry. This is a busy and varied role, which requires strong organisational, IT and communication skills. The successful candidate will be numerate and good at multi-tasking. The post holder will report to the Scholarships Managers and will be responsible for administering scholarships and trust funds to students, liaising with sponsoring organisations and providing general administrative support to the wider Registry team. The post is full-time, 35 hours and permanent.

The salary will be on the Professional Services scale Grade 4 in the range £31,211-£35,502 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London, at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
