Under the general supervision of the Clinical Neurophysiology manager, serve as Patient Care Coordinator where you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating surgeries. Other duties include monitoring and providing a broad range patient care support services and other clerical & general administrative duties to support the Pediatric Epilepsy Neurosurgical Program. You will also work collaboratively between the department of Neurosurgery and the various players involved in bringing patients to surgery (neuroradiology, nursing, epileptologists, lab, EEG, etc.). Salary Range: $26.99/hr. - $38.66/hr.
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationship with medical, nursing and administrative personnel * Demonstrated basic knowledge of physician office policies and procedures * Extensive experience in organizing workflow in order to accomplish established objectives * High degree of adaptability * Knowledge of Medical terminology * Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner
