What You’ll Do:
The Procurement Data Specialist has primary responsibility for creating new material codes, new vendor setup, and resolving material master issues within SAP for our Chemicals line of business.
- Create workflows to set up material codes and vendors within SAP
- Maintain material master and BOM data structure
- Work with other internal departments to problem solve data
- Ensures proper and accurate system documentation is completed
- Serves as department back-up to support team and participates in special purchasing projects as needed
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of an Associates degree is required
- SAP experience and Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills required
- Expertise with various ERP systems within a production environment especially SAP
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Candidate must possess very strong analytical skills, detailed oriented
- Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity
- Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multi-task
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Energetic and persistent focus on timely delivery

This is a hybrid position with two days (Tuesday & Wednesday) in office (Dublin, OH) and three days remote!!
