Job description
- Manage hardware and software inventory and ensure proper documentation and disposal of equipment.
- Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
- Creating instructions for program installation sequences.
- Facilitate integration of software platforms, migration of data, and report functionality and scripts that support.
- Timely diagnose problems and take corrective action from a centralized location and automate routine tasks such as software updates, security patches, and inventory management.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Microsoft 365, including managing user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
- Administer cloud-based applications and services, such as email, file storage, and collaboration tools.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage contracts and agreements for IT-related services and equipment.
- Manage the Help Desk software platform and monitor service requests.
- Collaborate with IT staff and contractors to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
- Set up new workstations and provision user accounts in enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
- At least two years experience as an IT coordinator or related role.
- Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
