Our company is looking to hire some motivated individuals to join our CSR/Sales division. We will train and test your leadership skills as we prepare you for future management roles. Our operations are rapidly growing, and we will need competent individuals to oversee operations with the utmost confidence and professionalism.

Your responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Review applications of potential clients
Develop attractive recruitment programs
Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings
Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
Coach a team of Representatives
The minimum requirements for this job are:
High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience working customer service/related field
Winning attitude, ability to work independently
Reliable communication and time management skills
Available to travel(optional)
