Our established small friendly client based in Harmondsworth are looking for a operations customer service assistant to join their team.
Role duties would include :-
taking bookings from customers
booking courier shipments
assisting drivers who are delivering and point them in the right direction
Answering emails / phone calls
Producing Pick lists from stick control and consolidating orders
Liaising with warehouse staff re deliveries
Ideal candidate will have previous customer service & communication skills and be computer literate - Ideal Candidate 2nd jobber that has had previous office experience.
Candidate would need to be a car driver due to location of the office
Hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm
Salary 23k - 28K subject to experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
