24-7 People Solutions are recruiting for a Business Systems Coordinator for one of our prestigious manufacturing companies based in Coventry
Job title: Business System Coordinator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £30,000
Shifts hours:
· Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30 ( early finish on Friday )
ROLE SPECIFICS (but not limited to):
· Development and maintenance of the Business Management Systems – Groupwide including:-
o ISO 9001
o ISO 14001
o OHSAS 45001
o ISO 15085
· Develop supplier quality approval and development system – Groupwide.
· Ensuring the effective management of UKAS ISO17025:2017 in the UK and group.
· ILAC MRA ISO17025:2017 Certification for the Group.
· Report on Quality performance.
· Managing the Internal Audit system.
· Managing Customer / 3rd Party Audits.
· Support all sites with systems, audits and accreditation.
· Manage Standards Register
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will need to display the following qualities:
· Previously been in a leading quality role with responsibility for QHSE system management.
· Experience within the automotive or equivalent industry and knowledge of the core quality tools.
· Experience in auditing systems.
· Background in batch production in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
· Knowledge of management processes.
· Proven record of improvement in company quality performance in a continuous improvement culture.
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
