Job Description
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies and adherence to applicable regulations.
- Support implementation of policies, practices, procedures, and audits adherence to them.
- Perform quality control testing and inspections. Control microbiological growth in fuel through regular testing and treatment. Maintains fuel processes and internal controls.
- Schedule maintenance of equipment and perform maintenance as needed (in conjuction with Facilities Dept.).
- Monitor and request all supplies and equipment needed in operation, coordinating activities with other departments.
- Develop and implement ramp operation and line service operational policies and procedures. .
- Supervise and assist with ramp operations such as towing, fueling, wing-walking, directing and parking aircraft as necessary.

- Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
- Maintains operational reports and statistics for their shift/ area.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- To apply and remove ground power units.
- To assist in the maintaining the cleanliness of the ramp and the hangar.
- To manage basic turnaround services such as potable water servicing.
- To complete regular FOD inspections and be continually aware of Foreign Object Debris, and ensure any FOD is picked up from ramp area.
- To adhere to and promote all airside safety procedures.
- Supervises the use of people and equipment to efficiently complete the tasks as directed and within established company standards. .
- Monitors and/or conducts required. training of personnel.
- To carry out any other task, within your capability for the operational purpose of the airport and/or as requested by your line manager or Operations Manager.
- Perform aircraft towing and wing-walking.
- Promote individual and team safety. .
- Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to maintain good housekeeping and safety in all areas to include ramp and hangar areas. .
- Essential communication skills including the ability to read, write and understand the English language.
- Must be able to use a computer, including Microsoft Office computer software.
- Must have the ability to gain and maintain a MADP (Manourvering-area Airside Driving Permit).
- Must have aircraft towing experience.
