Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HCSW Development Team within SBUHB. You will work as part of the HCSW Career Framework implementation team to ensure effective delivery of the clinical induction programme for HCSW's and to ensure that we meet the requirements of the HCSW Framework to lead and develop our HCSW to include assessment of competencies in practice..
The successful candidate would need to demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and the development of HCSW across the organisation across all disciplines. You will be expected to communicate with other health professionals advising on effective teaching development and assessment techniques in the clinical area and advising on relevant qualifications available to HCSW's following the advice and guidance of the HCSW development lead.
The post holder will work closely with the HCSW Development Lead to support the monitoring and evaluation of the Clinical Induction programme
