Position: Saturday Viewing Agent Required
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established, award winning Independent Estate Agency with a modern office as a part-time Property Viewing Agent.
The role will involve meeting and greeting potential home buyers, showing them around local properties and ensuring that each property is shown to the best advantage. You will provide them with precise knowledge about the property and the local area.
The ideal candidate will be a local person with a strong knowledge of the local area and community and will have previous estate agency experience (however this not essential and the company will consider a local person with transferable skills and the right attitude).
You will have face to face customer service experience, have impeccable time keeping, professional appearance coupled with faultless communication skills.
This is a part-time role working one day per week.
The skills required for this Property Viewing Agent (Part Time) Estate Agent role will include:
- Previous estate agency or customer facing experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Punctual
- Extremely customer focused
- A professional approach
- High level of customer service
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence and car owner required
- Hours of work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week
Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
